Replying to Mario Beaulieu (Bloc Québécois)
“Madam Speaker, I commend my colleague and friend, the member for Pierre-Boucher—Les Patriotes—Verchères, on his speech. We talked about the fact that the government does not have an aerospace policy. In the past, we have seen a lack of federal investment in this industry. For example, even though Quebec invested everything it could, we lost out with the Bombardier C Series because the federal government did not want to invest. Does my colleague think that things will be different for the aerospace industry? Could he elaborate on that?”
