Replying to Tim Uppal (Conservative)
“Mr. Speaker, despite the illusions with the Prime Minister, it’s more cost, more blocking our resources and more of the same because he is just another Liberal. The Prime Minister said a pipeline was “more probable than possible”, but there is no proponent, no start date, no completion date and no route. There is no plan. If the Prime Minister wants Canadians to believe he is not just another Liberal, will the government tell us on what date construction will start on this new pipeline? We would like just the date, please.”
