Replying to Kevin Lamoureux (Liberal)
“Mr. Speaker, I am wondering if my colleague can provide her thoughts on the more holistic approach the government has taken with respect to building Canada healthier and stronger. For example, if we look at the trade file, there are 20-plus security and trade agreements, with more to come. We can talk about the half a trillion dollars being talked about for potential investments in Canada. Then this legislation was brought forward, with the theme or common thread being to build a stronger and healthier Canada. I would ask for the member’s overview on that, please.”
