“Mr. Speaker, I want to pick up on a point. We talk about diversifying, and a major aspect of that is actually working collaboratively with the different levels of government and with private industry in order to, for example, increase the number of refineries in Canada. I think it is important to recognize, when we talk about these initiatives, the projects of the future, that many of those projects are coming out of the discussions that have been taking place over the last 18 months. I am wondering if the leader of the Green Party can actually provide her thoughts on the importance of working collaboratively, because as one government, it is very difficult to do it.”
