“Mr. Speaker, as we know, Bill C‑39 means that environmental assessments will be conducted much more quickly. Approvals should be made much faster. We also know that, over the past 10 years, there have been a number of people in the Liberal caucus who really liked environmental studies because they delayed certain projects. Is the caucus now unanimous, including the people who really wanted to delay projects?”
