Replying to Guillaume Deschênes-Thériault (Liberal)
“Mr. Speaker, over the past 18 months, we have been focused on strengthening the Canadian economy. Our Prime Minister and our government have shown leadership in this regard. We have signed treaties with over 20 countries. We have supported major projects of national interest and attracted hundreds of billions of dollars in investment to Canada. I would like to hear from my colleague about how he sees Bill C-39 fitting within our government’s broader approach to build Canada strong.”
