“Mr. Speaker, I am interested in knowing from the member what the differences are between this bill and Bill C-5. We passed Bill C-5 a year ago, and we were expecting projects to be built with lightning speed. I know there are over 500 projects on the list now that have not been approved. I am wondering what the difference is. I am also wondering if the member has any comments about Bill C-69 and Bill C-48. Those bills had the effect of cancelling 14 LNG projects in the country and nine pipelines.”
