“Mr. Speaker, the member for The Eastern Peninsulas asked a legitimate question of the Minister of Fisheries, who, during her very condescending response, gave the member, or at least somebody on this side, the bird. I would ask that she apologize. The Minister of Natural Resources could confirm that and so would the tapes.”
