Replying to Harb Gill (Conservative)
“Madam Speaker, Thanksgiving is supposed to be about sitting down with one’s family and being thankful for what one has. However, for far too many Canadians, that dinner table has become a place where they sit down and worry about how they are going to make ends meet. Under the Liberal government, groceries cost more, housing costs more and the bills keep piling up. Canadians do not need more talking points. They need results. Can the government finally admit that, after 11 years of Liberal rule, Canadians are facing an unprecedented affordability crisis?”
