Replying to Kevin Lamoureux (Liberal)
“Mr. Speaker, one of the things that I have been trying to amplify is the fact that there are a number of initiatives the government has taken. It is hard to tell exactly why the Conservatives are in opposition to them. I will give a specific example. With the Red Seal program, youth could benefit from 80,000 to 100,000 potential careers, and that is through a $5,000 incentive to get them to finish the Red Seal program. I wonder if the member could provide his thoughts on the Conservative Party’s position on that program.”
