Replying to Louis Villeneuve (Liberal)
“Mr. Speaker, I would like to reassure the Bloc Québécois member. We on the government side are very proud of Quebec, and we are especially proud because we have 44 members from Quebec. I would like to ask my colleague a question. How will our bill provide certainty and reassurance to the loved ones of people with these illnesses, the very individuals who will have to stand up and declare that their loved one is no longer able to make decisions for themselves?”
