“The member left out the Haida land title agreement from his speech. It has been law for two years, and it includes both private and public land. I want to know why he did not mention it, unless it goes against what his party is arguing.”

I am just wondering why he omitted to discuss that. It has been in legislation for the past two years. I am wondering if it just does not support the argument the Conservatives are trying to make.”
