I am wondering if, in his discussions with families and organizations that have been advocating for this, the member has seen first-hand the way that Health Canada’s bureaucracy has created so much paperwork and administrative burden that it prevents people from getting access to health care. How would this bill help?”

Mr. Speaker, I thank my colleague for bringing this forward. I am wondering if, in his discussions with families and organizations that have been advocating for this, the member has seen first-hand the way that Health Canada’s bureaucracy has created so much paperwork and administrative burden that it prevents people from getting access to health care.
