“I agree with my colleague. Other countries save their oil money for the future, but the Liberal fund does not do that. I want to know what my colleague thinks about this.”
“Mr. Speaker, I would like to agree with my colleague. The sovereign wealth funds of other countries, particularly Norway’s, were designed on Peter Lougheed’s plan, which was to take oil revenue out of government rents and using it as a set-aside for a rainy day, which is not what the Liberals’ fund proposes to do. I wonder if my hon. colleague has any comments.”

Mr. Speaker, I would like to agree with my colleague.
