“Why is a minority government better for democracy than a majority government?”
“Mr. Speaker, I really enjoyed my colleague’s speech. My question is about the last part of his speech, when he talked about the difference between a minority and a majority Parliament, from a democracy standpoint. Some citizens, some Quebeckers, do believe that it is better if the government has a majority. Why is a minority government better for democracy?”

Mr. Speaker, I really enjoyed my colleague’s speech.
