“We might break for the summer soon. What will that mean for summer by-elections and foreign interference, whether this bill passes or not?”

I wonder if the member can comment on what the consequences of that would be for summer by-elections, particularly if this bill is not passed, but even if it is passed, in terms of issues that Canadians really care about, like foreign interference?”
