“The government promised the Indian Residential School Survivors Society that their funding would be confirmed by mid-May. Their funding ends on July 1, and nothing has happened. I want to know why.”

They were promised by Indigenous Services Canada that they would receive confirmation for their two-year funding by mid-May. Today there has been no action and their funding ends on July 1. Can the parliamentary secretary explain why?”
