“I want the member to admit that private investors are not really funding this project. A 10% share from a private company is small, and taxpayers are paying for most of it.”
“Mr. Speaker, I am always surprised when Conservatives agree so readily with Liberal talking points. The member mentioned that we wanted to have a project that attracted private investors. Does she not agree that a possible 10% from Pembina Pipeline is not a large stake in the project and that the taxpayers are paying for most of it?”
