“The government says this bill will help our economy. Why did they wait 11 years to do something useful for Canada?”
“Mr. Speaker, I would like to congratulate my colleague on his first speech in the House. I have a rather special question to ask him. Through its bill, the government wants to improve the Canadian economy, but why did it wait 11 years before doing something useful for our country? We have been waiting 11 years for a bill to help grow the Canadian economy. What took so long?”

Mr. Speaker, I would like to congratulate my colleague on his first speech in the House. I have a rather special question to ask him. Through its bill, the government wants to improve the Canadian economy, but why did it wait 11 years before doing something useful for our country? We have been waiting 11 years for a bill to help grow the Canadian economy. What took so long?
