“The Trans Mountain pipeline went ahead without full agreement from every First Nation. Will the government demand 100% agreement from all First Nations for the Pacific Link pipeline?”

The original Trans Mountain pipeline did not get 100% consent from all participating first nations, but the project still went ahead. For the Pacific link pipeline, will the government be pursuing 100% consent from all participating first nations?”
