“Conservative members seem to want all taxes taken off diesel and gas. Canadians deserve to know if the Conservatives want to get rid of all fuel taxes forever.”
“Mr. Speaker, whether it was during the week prior to the break week or even today, Conservative members who stand seem to give the impression that they would like to see all forms of taxation taken off the price of diesel. The leader of the Conservative Party applauds that. Canadians need to know very clearly from the Conservative Party of Canada if its position is to permanently get rid of all forms of taxation on gasoline.”
