“This bill speeds up environmental reviews and project approvals. For the past 10 years, some Liberals used these reviews to delay projects. I want to know if all Liberals truly agree on speeding them up now.”

We also know that, over the past 10 years, there have been a number of people in the Liberal caucus who really liked environmental studies because they delayed certain projects. Is the caucus now unanimous, including the people who really wanted to delay projects?”
