“I want to know what happened to the government's last building law. The government promised it would build things faster, but I have not seen any projects come from it. Why did it fail, and why do we need this new bill?”
“Mr. Speaker, my question is pretty simple to my colleague across the floor. I appreciated his presentation. I am fairly new at this. I have only been an MP for a little over a year, close to a year and a half. I just want to know what happened to Bill C-5. Why did it not work? The government was supposed to build at speeds unheard of. I cannot name a project that has come through; maybe the member can. What happened to Bill C-5 and why do we need this new bill?”

Mr. Speaker, my question is pretty simple to my colleague across the floor. I appreciated his presentation. I am fairly new at this.
