“The government talks about choosing preferred providers, but not about signed contracts or delivered equipment. How will the member make sure the government reports the reasons for all no-bid defence contracts to the House?”

The member stated, “remain accountable for the results.” Will the member ensure that the reasons for all sole-source contracts signed under Bill C-40 are reported to the House, and how will he ensure that is done?”
