“Our Prime Minister has increased defence spending a lot over the last year and a half. This is the right path, and it is more than past governments have done. I support this spending.”
“Mr. Speaker, I think it is pretty clear that our Prime Minister has tried to make our spending increase dramatically over the last year and a half, and I think we are on the right course to be able to continue to do that. It speaks to a lot more than what governments have previously done. I truly appreciate the direction we have taken and the increase in spending in defence. I know we will continue to move in that direction.”
