“Mr. Speaker, we have some very big concerns on this side from what we have seen and the track record of the Liberal government. The Cormorant helicopters were cancelled, and then the F-35 program was cancelled. We are hearing platitudes. What confidence can the Canadian public have in a Liberal government that has such a bad track record in procurement?”
