I am curious to know why the hon. member thinks it is a good idea to be extending this debate for such a long period of time when we could be delivering relief more quickly. Mr. Speaker, I want to thank the hon. member for delivering his speech with such enthusiasm. We all agree that Canadians need relief. I am curious to know why the hon. member thinks it is a good idea to be extending this debate for such a long period of time when we could be delivering relief more quickly.
