“Mr. Speaker, I congratulate my colleague, who serves with me on the Standing Committee on Health. I think that, like me, my colleague has met with representatives from cultural organizations and festivals. There are a lot of changes happening right now, both in terms of public safety and in the allocation of resources. What really matters, however, at the core is diversity and outreach. I do not see why the official opposition would be against this proposal.”

Mr. Speaker, I congratulate my colleague, who serves with me on the Standing Committee on Health.
