“Global streaming services must help fund Canadian culture. We are working on how they should do that. The 600 million dollars is temporary support for the industry while we figure it out. I want the member to think about that.”

Could the member reflect on that comment?”

Mr. Speaker, it is important to recognize that, on the issue of global streaming services, it is not a question of whether they should. They must be able to contribute to our cultural sector.
