Mr. Speaker, I would say to my colleague across the way that every member of the Liberal caucus values the uniqueness and the distinct nature of the province of Quebec and how the arts and cultural community makes Quebec the wonderful province it is. As a nationalist, I am very proud of the province of Quebec. I made reference to how it as a province helps identify us as one of the greatest nations in the world to call home. I also believe that through federal co-operation and collaboration, not only with the Province of Quebec but also with other jurisdictions in Canada, we can do an even better job of not only protecting our French language but also expanding it. It is something all of us should be proud of.
