“This bill is complicated and technical, and we have concerns about it. The government keeps giving ministers more power. I want the member to explain his thoughts on these new powers, whether they worry him, and what solutions he has.”

I heard my colleague talk about the new powers the minister might assume, and I would like him to elaborate on that. We are seeing a pattern where the government is giving ministers a lot of power. Is this something that concerns him, and does he have any solutions?”

Madam Speaker, this bill is obviously rather complex. It is very technical, I would say. We have some concerns.
