“Canada has a top credit rating, tied with Germany. What would the Conservatives cut? Do they support more money for the military, the tax cut, school food programs, or help with groceries? Do they want to support programs that help Canadians?”
“Mr. Speaker, it is interesting to listen to the Conservatives talk about fiscal responsibility when Canada is tied with Germany in the G7 with a AAA credit rating. Exactly what would the Conservatives cut? Do they support, for example, the $5 billion in additional money for the Canadian Forces? Do they support the tax cut that was given to Canadians? Do they support the programs that are providing support on affordability, like feeding children in our schools or the groceries benefit program? Do the Conservatives want to support the programs that are helping Canadians?”
