“The member says the Liberals did not set up these programs before because the government was different back then. I want him to admit that the government he served for 10 years was a failure.”
“Mr. Speaker, in response to my last question, the hon. member across the way said that there is a new government and that it has changed from the old government, and that is why the Liberals did not put these programs in place then. I would like to know if the member now admits that the government he was part of for 10 years was a failure.”
