“We all want to help parents. What specific tools can we give them right now that will actually work?”
“Mr. Speaker, I will be brief. I think that we are all here for the right reasons. We are all facing the same challenges. I also agree on the issue of how we can help parents. My colleague mentioned tools earlier. I would like him to elaborate on that. We have been talking non-stop this evening. Does my colleague have any specific ideas that could be effective and that could really help parents right away?”
