“Mr. Speaker, we all have a role to play, as members of society and of organizations, faith groups, not-for-profits and community-based groups, in making sure that we protect our children. Outside of this legislation, I know that my hon. colleague is a father. I am a father. Does he have any advice for people within his constituency, but also for Canadians, on how to best prepare young people for the evolution of technology?”
