“Mr. Speaker, it always good to listen to my friend from Whitby. I know that he has three young daughters. I only have one young daughter, and I am always worried about her. He has been talking about the worry he has. When we move forward with laws like this, how do they ensure that he and his daughters, and any future children he may have, are protected?”
