I know that from his time as minister of children and youth, he has an acute awareness of the vulnerability that our children have. There are a lot of predators out there. We have a lot of activity that is lawful but awful, and we must do everything we are able to do through provincial authorities to ensure that the act is implemented to protect every child throughout Canada.”
