“This bill bans content that bullies children, but the law does not define what bullying is. We need the best possible law to protect children. I want the member to define bullying and give an example.”

Under the seven categories of harmful content, Bill C-34 lists “content used to bully a child”. There is currently no legal definition of bullying. I would like to ask the member if she can define what bullying is and provide an example.”
