“Mr. Speaker, when the member worked with Stephen Harper, the rules we have were established, and the Prime Minister today is following the same rules as Stephen Harper. The biggest difference is that the Conservatives tend to want to be in the gutter consistently with character assassination, when we have a Prime Minister who is doing a fine job of representing Canadians and building a healthier and stronger economy. It is time that the Conservatives start providing action on the many initiatives, whether it is on the issue of affordability or building that—”
