“Doctors do not agree on this, and people still struggle to get mental health care. I want to know if the member agrees that we must be careful with this bill.”
“Mr. Speaker, I care a lot about this, and I hear what the member is saying. There is currently a lack of clinical consensus, and there are gaps in access to mental health care. That concerns me, but does my colleague not agree that we should still be careful in how we move forward with this bill?”
