“Our government is proud of Quebec and has 44 members from there. I want to know how our bill will reassure families who have to say their loved one can no longer make decisions for themselves.”

I would like to ask my colleague a question. How will our bill provide certainty and reassurance to the loved ones of people with these illnesses, the very individuals who will have to stand up and declare that their loved one is no longer able to make decisions for themselves?”
