“I'm so happy a sports event is happening in my riding. Everybody come watch!”
MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT
Motz sticks closely to Conservative talking points, repeatedly accusing the Liberal government of overspending and driving up debt. He seizes any opportunity to highlight events in his riding like a upcoming sports competition. In Question Period exchanges, Motz makes accusations of government misconduct and impropriety without providing clear evidence.

Government Orders
“You say the judicial safety valve gives flexibility, but we already have that. Police and prosecutors already use their judgment. I think this just lets judges overrule what Parliament decided. We're supposed to be the ones making these rules, not the courts. And one part of the bill even lets judges ignore minimum sentences for everything but treason and murder. That goes too far. Why are you doing that?”
Government Orders
“You're personally profiting from this decision. Admit it.”
“You say Conservatives are spreading misinformation. But your government directed the lawyers. Your direction failed Canadians. Admit it.”
Oral Questions
“The government is spending too much and driving up the debt. When will the Prime Minister control his spending so Canadians can afford their bills?”
“I want to mock the budget by calling it a pig even if that breaks the rules.”
