Replying to Danielle Martin (Liberal)
“Mr. Speaker, it is an honour to be here on behalf of the people of University—Rosedale, who are feeling the effects of the changes in our housing market as supply expands and rents come down, but that progress matters— An hon. member: Oh, oh! Mr. Speaker, the second time is the charm. Housing is expanding, and rents are coming down, but there is more we need to do on social and supportive housing. Will the Minister of Housing tell us more about what Build Canada Homes is going to do to expand access to social and supportive housing for Canadians?”
