Replying to Marie-Hélène Gaudreau (Bloc Québécois)
“Mr. Speaker, I would really like to get inside the heads of everyone in the Prime Minister’s Office to find out what they think about a system where we can unravel everything, choose whatever we want, and then, ultimately, make decisions as if it were our own money. I am an entrepreneur and a lawmaker. When I make decisions involving taxpayer money, there is a democratic process. When it comes to my private interests, though, I can do whatever I want with my money. I would like my colleague to tell me what on earth the cabinet members think of the Prime Minister overhauling and dismantling everything.”
