“Madam Speaker, I am very pleased to hear our colleague talk about the importance of volunteering in his riding. Many organizations in his riding, including the Breakfast Club, provide meals to thousands of children. The problem is that his leader described the work of the Breakfast Club as bureaucratic. He has said that helping to ensure that kids go to school with full bellies is bureaucratic. I would like to know if the member agrees with his leader.”
