Mr. Speaker, last week the Prime Minister said he was prepared to wait out the President for two years. Then he suddenly called six by-elections and suddenly getting a deal with the Americans is back on the agenda. When will he put Canadian jobs ahead of his political agenda, or are Canadian workers simply pawns in these by-election campaigns?
