Mr. Speaker, workers and their families need good, safe, rewarding jobs across Canada. In the construction sector, these jobs come from unionized companies powered by skilled labour. Productivity from unionized labour is 17% higher than for open-shop contractors. Will the Liberals mandate project labour agreements for all infrastructure deals to generate the high-quality results that unionized building trades deliver?
