Madam Speaker, I do not want more time, but I wish you a very happy birthday. If you gave me the time, I would attempt singing part of it. The French-language version of happy birthday is so much nicer to hear than the English. Having said that, enjoy your day. There are lots of wonderful things in the budget implementation bill. It would take me a great deal of time to go into the details. I like many of the affordability measures. I think the residents of Winnipeg North would benefit from them.
