Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order. There have been discussions among the parties, and if you seek it, I think you will find unanimous consent for the following motion: That the order made yesterday pursuant to Standing Order 97.1(3) respecting the deferral of the recorded division on the motion to concur in the ninth report of the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights be discharged and the motion be deemed adopted on division.
