“Madam Speaker, we have heard the Liberals argue that anyone who does not support this bill is putting vulnerable Canadians at risk, but Conservatives have already put forward legislation to permanently exclude mental illness, and the Liberals voted against it. Could my colleague explain why the government is now insisting that protecting Canadians struggling with mental illness must come at the price of expanding assisted dying, when Parliament could deal with these two issues separately?”

Madam Speaker, I cannot get my head into the brain of a Liberal. It is quite diabolical what they are doing. It sounds like they would rather save money and deal with mental illness by having MAID.
